consultancy projects

  Home Farm Trust
Over a two year period I have worked on a variety of projects for HFT. These include a review of all of their fundraising, developing a new five year fundraising strategy and budget in conjunction with the team, mentoring the Director of Fundraising, supporting and coaching the Donor Marketing Manager, producing a case for support and facilitating meetings.

 YWCA
Following a review of YWCA's donor marketing operation, I was asked to give strategic advice and support on a regular basis. I have helped shape YWCA's five year plan, built a new model to forecast income, advised on donor development strategy and provided creative input on mailings.

 Teacher Support Network
I provided consultancy services to TSN for 18 months. This consisted of directing their donor marketing programme, supporting staff involved in this area, as well as planning and budgeting. I then coached the new Head of Fundraising for six months on her appointment. TSN also used my expertise to help integrate the work of the communications and fundraising teams, for marketing advice to their network in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and on planning advocacy work.
